REGISTRATION TERMS

1. The number of people in the delegation must be at least 5 people;

2. If the Participant requires invitation documentation to apply for visa processing, including hotel reservations, an advance fee of 10% of the amount of the possible minimum invoice (based on accommodation in triple rooms), but not less than 500 euros, is payable. This amount is non-refundable, but it is taken into account in total final invoice and subtracted from it. In case of refusal of visas, this amount can be transferred ONCE, to the balance of another festival selected by the participant, and the organizer provides invitation documentation for the visa request for visas by the Participant.

1. The number of people in the delegation must be at least 5 people;

If the Participant requires invitation documentation to apply for visa processing, including hotel reservations, an advance fee of 10% of the amount of the possible minimum invoice (based on accommodation in triple rooms), but not less than 500 euros, is payable. This amount is non-refundable, but it is taken into account in total final invoice and subtracted from it. In case of refusal of visas, this amount can be transferred ONCE, to the balance of another festival selected by the participant, and the organizer provides invitation documentation for the visa request for visas by the Participant.

REGISTRATION TERMS

1. The number of people in the delegation must be at least 5 people;

2. If the Participant requires invitation documentation to apply for visa processing, including hotel reservations, an advance fee of 10% of the amount of the possible minimum invoice (based on accommodation in triple rooms), but not less than 500 euros, is payable. This amount is non-refundable, but it is taken into account in total final invoice and subtracted from it. In case of refusal of visas, this amount can be transferred ONCE, to the balance of another festival selected by the participant, and the organizer provides invitation documentation for the visa request for visas by the Participant.

REGISTRATION TERMS

1. The number of people in the delegation must be at least 5 people;

2. If the Participant requires invitation documentation to apply for visa processing, including hotel reservations, an advance fee of 10% of the amount of the possible minimum invoice (based on accommodation in triple rooms), but not less than 500 euros, is payable. This amount is non-refundable, but it is taken into account in total final invoice and subtracted from it. In case of refusal of visas, this amount can be transferred ONCE, to the balance of another festival selected by the participant, and the organizer provides invitation documentation for the visa request for visas by the Participant.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

- Accommodation in a 3*** hotel or accommodation in a 4**** hotel (6 days / 5 nights)
- Half board (buffet: breakfast, dinner + drinks; lunch for an additional price – cost €5 for children under 12 years old, €8 from 12 years old);
- Jury judged competition screenings;
- Masterclasses and plein air;
- For group leaders of 25 people or more, accommodation in a double room at the price of a triple room;
- Diplomas registered with the Spanish representation (one per group/nomination);
- Special engravings on a metal base from the city authorities (for groups of 5 people or more).
- Letters of appreciation for group leaders and sponsors on a numbered State Emblem paper of the Kingdom of Spain (included 2 letters).

IF YOU ARE PRESENTING MORE THAN TWO COMPETITION WORKS
You can present an unlimited number of works.

Each additionally presented work is evaluated by the jury separately, and is paid as a separate work. The cost is 50 euros. If the format of the work is larger than A3 format, it is necessary to notify in advance.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

*Each contestant can additionally request a personalized diploma and medal for 12 euros (before the competition, is given during the award ceremony). This option is ordered by up to 90% of all participants.

*Additional thank you letters on stamped paper of the Kingdom of Spain can also be requested for 10 euros (before the competition). This option is ordered by up to 80% of all participants.

*Add excursions to your stay (this option is ordered by up to 90% of all participants).

*You can order a personalized written commentary from the jury 50 euros/per work (before the competition).

*Those who come to Spain, can supplement their stay package with lunches in the hotel (buffet).
For persons under 12 years old - the cost of lunch is 5 euros.
For persons over 12 years old - the cost of lunch is 8 euros.

*Services of a professional photographer and cameraman - your personal video clip at the contest (prices to be specified).

Please pay attention to penalties:

Changes made to the registered programme after the application deadline will incur a fine of €30.

Any changes made to the award documentation (diplomas, certificates, etc.), after the deadline, will be charged a penalty of 30 euros.
