From May 6 to 11, 2026, the famous Spanish coast of Costa Brava transformed into the global epicenter of world art. Following a long-standing tradition, the Fiestalonia May festival marathon brought together five prestigious international competitions on a single stage:
- “Sea Sun Festival”

This massive multi-genre celebration welcomed around 300 participants from 9 countries. A Creative Marathon at the Lloret de Mar Municipal Theater
The main competition day unfolded at the modern Municipal Theater of Lloret de Mar (Teatre de Lloret). From early morning until late evening, the stage breathed inspiration, presenting a spectacular kaleidoscope of genres: from powerful choral art and virtuoso instrumental music to expressive choreography, academic vocals, and original genres. In parallel, talented painters and sculptors displayed their finest works at the art exhibition.
Special highlights of the competitive program included:
- The majestic choirs and instrumental orchestras from Turkiye, who captivated the hall with their powerful sound and flawless coordination;
- Vocalists from Uzbekistan and Spain, whose deep timbres and refined vocal techniques earned a storm of applause;
- Distinctive dance ensembles from Georgia and Lithuania, who delivered an incredible show on stage, demonstrating unique national temperament and perfect synchronization.

The Flame of Spanish Dance: Flamenco Masterclass
A vibrant and unforgettable highlight of the evening following the competition was the Flamenco Masterclass. This unique interactive session was open to all participants—not only dancers but also visual artists, musicians, and vocalists.
The masterclass was conducted by the legendary Yulia Kruglyak. Within minutes, she united the entire hall, teaching the participants the fundamental elements, rhythmic structures (compás), and transmitting the true passion and energy of this traditional Spanish art form.
Grand Gala Concert and the Grand Prix Triumph
On May 10, the festival took over the streets of the city. The grand Gala Concert took place on the main square of Lloret de Mar — Plaça de Pere Torrent. Residents and visitors filled the square to witness the finest, specially selected performances of the festivals. It was an unforgettable spectacle, uniting cultures from different continents under the warm Spanish sky.
The absolute culmination of the evening was the formal Award Ceremony. The main suspense was resolved to thunderous applause:
