The vibrant and welcoming city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan hosted the 4th International Festival “Open Asia” on November 1–2, 2025 — a large-scale celebration of music, dance, art, and cultural unity.
This year, the festival opened its doors at a new and prestigious venue — the Concert Hall of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which warmly welcomed guests from across the region. The event once again confirmed its growing significance in the international cultural space.
A Transparent and Professional Evaluation System
One of the key features of Open Asia is its advanced and open judging format.
Scores for each performance were displayed instantly on the main screen — ensuring a clear and transparent evaluation process.
The international jury consisted of recognized professionals from Spain, Italy, and beyond, each bringing their own artistic expertise to the competition.The event proudly welcomed the Chairman of the Jury:
David Zhaparidze — President and Founder of the Fiestalonia Milenio Festival Committee (Spain), Director of the International Fiestalonia Center in London, and a jury member of the world’s most prestigious competitions.

Jury Panel – Dance (Choreography)
- Yulia Kruglyak — The first Slavic flamenco performer in Spain, a renowned dancer and global instructor with 30 years of experience.
- Jose María López Santamaría — Graduate of the Professional Higher Dance Conservatory of Barcelona, dancer of the State Theatre of Schwerin, artistic director and educator.
- Eugenia Mur — Performer and educator specialized in contemporary and theatrical choreography, graduate of The Institute of the Arts Barcelona.
Jury Panel – Vocal
- Joan Carles Capdevila Torné — Arranger, composer, singer, TV music producer (including “Operación Triunfo”).
- María Luz Martínez Farías — Talented soprano, Doctor of Arts, performer on world stages, professor at the University of Barcelona.
- Bernardo Latini — Award-winning composer with 16 national prizes for choral music, published internationally.
Jury Panel – Instrumental Performance
- Joan Carles Capdevila Torné — Arranger, composer, multi-instrumentalist.
- Josep Soto — Renowned guitarist, composer, mentor to upcoming musicians worldwide.
- Mario Mariani — Italian avant-garde composer and pianist performing globally; author of soundtracks featured at Cannes, Venice, New York, and Berlin festivals.

Results and Recognition
Following two days of competition, all participants gathered for a festive Awards Ceremony.
The best performers were granted diplomas, medals, trophies, and special jury nominations recognizing excellence, artistry, character, and cultural contribution.
Regardless of scores, every participant became a winner — gaining invaluable experience, new friends, and bright emotions that will stay with them for years to come.
Conclusion
Open Asia 2025 reaffirmed its role as a platform where cultures unite, talent shines, and creativity knows no borders.
